In 1975 Joe accepted an invitation from Peter Grant , Led Zeppelin's Manager, Bad Company's Manager, Maggie Bell's Manager and Joe's Manager, to play guitar in The Maggie Bell Band, opening for Bad Company on a 2-Continent, massive tour for which Joe shaved his head bald, oiled his head and had his own red spotlight which made his head glow every night!
